Our Client is a leading Italian fragrance company managing a portfolio of various Brands ranging from luxury, niche to mass-market and operating in over 80 countries worldwide.

To lead the international commercial development of its exclusive fragrance portfolio, our Client is seeking an experienced and motivated

EXPORT MANAGER - Exclusive Brands

(Position based in London but other base location can be considered according to the profile of the candidate)

Objectives and responsibilities
  • Based in : London / UK
  • Contract : 09/2025 - permanent

As the Export Manager - Exclusive Brands, and reporting directly to the CEO, you lead the international commercial development of our Client's exclusive fragrance portfolio with a focus on expanding distribution in department stores, niche perfumeries, specialist retailers and travel retail.

The role may be based in London but other base locations can also be considered according to the profile of the candidate.

Your key responsibilities :

• Develop and execute international commercial strategies for the exclusive fragrance portfolio.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining and strengthening existing distribution.
• Lead commercial negotiations and distribution agreements with all partners.
• Collaborate internally with other departments (marketing, finance, etc) to ensure consistent brand positioning across markets.
• Travel regularly to meet clients, attend trade shows, and drive international expansion.

Your profile

- You have a proven experience as an Export Manager within the cosmetics industry ideally in selective / niche fragrances.
- You have an in-depth knowledge of selective distribution international markets.
- You have a well established portfolio of industry contacts and distribution partners.
- You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- You have a strong business development mindset.
- You are ready to travel extensively.
- You speak and write fluently English (C1/C2); Spanish is a plus.
